(PTFE)培养瓶无菌封口膜
PTFE细菌滤膜是一种高科技产品。它的微孔主体网状结构是采用低分子量PTFE树脂膨化拉伸而得到的。开孔率达85%以上。孔径0.3μ。耐温可达300℃，又有极高的弹性和杰出的疏水性。独特的防水透气性使污染率降低到零。在工程领域作为细菌过滤材料有想不到的效果。
底膜采用PP未拉伸薄膜，厚度0.06mm。透光率达85%以上。利用共性原理。用高频焊接技术将PTFE膜牢牢地焊接在PP膜上。从而达到封口防菌之目的。这样从复使用率大大提高，生产成本大大降低。
